STAYING FAT FOR SARAH BURNS IS NOT MY TYPE OF BOOK, IN THE BEGING IT WAS REALLY BOARING I WAS FALLING ASLEEP READING IT. HOWEVER I STARTED TO GET INTO IT WHEN I READ THAT SARAHS FATHER WAS THE ONE THAT BURND HER. HE WAS CRAZY I MEAN HE COULD OF AT LEAST LET HER GET PLASTIC SURGERY TO GET HER FACE FIXED, AND HOW HER MOM DIDNT EVEN HELP HER THAT WAS HORRIBLE. AT LEAST SARAH WAS ABLE TO FIND A NEW FAMILY IN THE END. THIS BOOK IS REALLY SOMETHING ELSE I TELL YOU, LIKE I DONT HAVE ENOUGH SAD **** IN MY LIFE THEY MAKE US READ THIS! LIKE I SAID AT LEAST IT HAS A HAPPTY ENDING.

Nestor, i agree with you. A mother should always be by their child's side no matter what good or bad. Also the thought of your own father a person who is suppose to love you unconditionally hurting you in such a disturbing way there clearly is something wrong with that man

Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes was a good book at first it seemed boring but it got interesting, I would had never guessed it was Sarah's dad that burned her on purpose. Sarah was an outcast also Eric but she didn't care what people thought about her she still kept her head up. Sarah was really tough which was weird that she got ill out of sudden but she just pretened to be to get out of the world and take her mind of things. Sarah lied about her scar she didn't say how she actually got it she lied to everyone but she told the truth to Eric. Eric showed her he was a true friend to her and helped her out. She was lucky to have Eric and Ms. Lemry. I'm glad Ms. Lemry adopted her and showed her she was loved and cared for. It teaches you a lesson always stand up for yourself and never give up.
